Goal is feet moving into squat stance once they have moved they stay planted through the overhead squat.

Build through sets.

B.

Snatch + Overhead Squat
– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Goal is feet moving into squat stance once they have moved they stay planted through the overhead squat.

Build through sets.

C.

In teams of 2:

5 Rounds for Time:
12 Hang Power Snatches @ 60%
12 Barbell Overhead Static Lunges @ 60%
12 Snatches @ 70%
12 Overhead Squats @ 70%
Rest 15 minutes between each round


Alternating sets of shared work:
1 Round per person =
6 Hang power Snatches
6 Overhead lunges
–Add weight–
6 Snatches
6 Overhead squats

When partner is working other is resting.
