Goal is feet moving into squat stance once they have moved they stay planted through the overhead squat.

Build through sets.

B.

Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat
– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Goal is feet moving into squat stance once they have moved they stay planted through the overhead squat.

Build through sets.

C.

In teams of 2:

12 Rounds for Time:
3 Hang Power Snatches
3 Overhead Squats
3 Snatches
Rest 15 minutes between each round


Alternating Rounds in partners:
3 Hang Power Snatches
3 Overhead Squats
3 Squat Snatches (Performed in singles)

Hang power snatches + OHS to be performed unbroken weight on the barbell stays the same.

Add load to every set of squat snatches
