1. 50ft DB walking lunge , whilst partner 2 is on rower / AB @ recovery pace.
** Change placement of DBs with each set. 1 = 2 x suitcase 2= 1 OH, 1 suitacase, change at 25ft., 3 = one front rack, one OH. change at 25ft.
2. Glute bridge floor lying alternating KB press x 12-15 reps, partner 2 on rower/AB @ active recovery pace (KB press neutral to pronated), alternating arms!
B. 3 alt sets: (in partners)
1. Double Sumo KB deadlift x 12-15, whilst partner 2 is on rower / AB @ recovery pace.
2. Double DB renegade row with push up x 6-10, whilst partner 2 is on rower/AB @ recovery pace.
