Power Clean
– 5 sets of 1.1.1 reps
Rest as needed

Goal is to build up through sets:
Starting warm up drills with extensive foot movement drills to plates.

Putting into practice same drop and go drills looking for a slight Deload in volume before the open starts.

B.

Split Jerk
– 5 sets of 1 rep
Rest as needed

8 Minutes to Build to a moderate heavy Single Split Jerk for the day take into practice all the work we have completed over the last 6 week phase.

C.

Floating Deadlift
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed
