A. Low Hang Snatch 10 x 2

Every 1 minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):
2 Low Hang Snatches

All sets to be performed at moderately heavy load. Looking to pass through high hang + Med hang Into low hang making sure each person does this. POWER ALL DAY.

B. Hang Snatch High Pull 4 x 5

Hang Snatch High Pull
– 4 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

Low hang variation. Making Sure hamstrings are loaded before moving down.

C. Tall Power Snatch 4 x 5

Tall Power Snatch
– 4 sets of 5 reps
Rest as needed

Fast feet, Fast Punch, Fast drop. BE FAST. THINK FAST.
