Low Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch
– 6 sets of
Rest as needed

Pause below knee for :2 before starting to pull.

No touch and go looking to drop and go.

B. Hang Snatch High Pull 5 x 3

Hang Snatch High Pull
– 5 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

Below knee pause then into the pull goal is to hit extension and drive the bar up through the final pull.

C.

Tall Snatch
– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Volume and speed is the goal here look to move into extension and use pull to move under the barbell into power catch.
