High Hang Power Snatch
– 4 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

Start of a New block.
Goals of the Block:
Day 1: Speed and position (Snatch)
Day 2: Static Pulling strength, Squat battery development
Day 3: Open Style lifting.

Goal is Dip and Pause every rep.

B.

Hang Snatch High Pull
– 5 sets of 3 reps
Rest as needed

Below Knee Pause then move into high pull and extension.

C.

Tall Power Snatch
– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Volume and speed is the goal here look to move into extension and use pull to move under the barbell into power catch.
