A. Low Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch 6 x 1

Low Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch

Rest as needed

Pause below knee for :2 before starting to pull.

No touch and go looking to drop and go.

Second power snatch pause at knee for :2 before lifting.

B.

Hang Snatch High Pull
– 5 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

Add deficit moving into a below the knee hang Pull letting the lower back and hamstrings load as bar is coming down.

C. Tall Snatch 4 x 8

Tall Snatch
– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Volume and speed is the goal here look to move into extension and use pull to move under the barbell into power catch.
