A. Power Snatch 10 x 2

Every 1 minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):
2 Power Snatches

Deadlift up: Set, Drop to below Knee Pause, go

B. Hang Snatch Pull 5 x 4

Hang Snatch Pull
– 5 sets of 4 reps
Rest as needed

Raise def with green mats:
Look to load this more of an RDL then Pull.
Hamstrings loaded.

C. Tall Snatch 4 x 2

Tall Snatch
– 4 sets of 2 reps
Rest as needed

Keep green mats for jump too. Deep Power position.
