Power Snatch

2 Pause Snatches:
Pausing at the Knee for :2 Before moving through the lift.

Each Rep to be performed in singles.

B.

Snatch Lift Off + Snatch High Pull
– 5 sets of
Rest as needed

Start Positions and pulling strength.

Lifting on plates or Green Mats.

C. Tall Snatch 4 x 8

Tall Snatch
– 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest as needed

Volume and speed is the goal here look to move into extension and use pull to move under the barbell into power catch.
