Barbell Club

Barbell Club focuses on the various Olympic Lifting movements associated with CrossFit and is designed to compliment our flagship S&C programme.

Functional Gymnastics

This class focuses on the elements typically associated with gymnastics, callisthenics and more and is designed to compliment our S&C programme.


This class is a high energy, 30 minute group workout targeted to the busy individual. Coastal30 focuses on conditioning is open to all abilities.


Personal Training

The original CFPT service and one of the most thorough one-on-one training services in the region, with highly experienced and dedicated coaches.


Personalised online programming designed around specific individual goals. Follow your own iTrain programme from anywhere and work with your own dedicated coach.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching

An eight-week group programme designs around habits and lifestyle or an individualised 1-on-1 programme with your own dedicated coach.

Coastal Fundamentals

Four or more one-on-one sessions to teach the basics of loaded movement. A prerequisite to the Strength & Conditioning programme.
