Chris Tuazon

Chris is 100% a schoolboy; he loves asking questions – serious, silly, and everything in between.

He’s used this curiosity to fuel his career path: high school humanities teacher and cross country coach in his home state of California, and then tech and menswear writer and PR talking head in Shenzhen.

In 2023 left the corporate world for a career where he uses fitness coaching to impact the lives of his local gym and personal training clients.

As the Community Manager for The Process, Chris does his best to make sure that anyone who comes to the online programme, podcast, affiliate, and upcoming individual coaching course are heard, make meaningful connections, and thrive within our global community.

When not doing this, he’s either working to finally snatch 100kg, stealing his wife’s crop tops, or dancing with his two daughters while he’s still taller than them.
