OUR "LPC" CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR BEGINNERS EXPERIENCING CROSSFIT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME, AS WELL AS HIGH-LEVEL, EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTERS.

LET US START BY SHARING ONE THING WE'VE LEARNED OVER THE PAST 15 YEARS OF COACHING CROSSFIT: BEGINNERS HAVE DIFFERENT NEEDS THAN ADVANCED TRAINEES WHEN IT COMES TO STRENGTH TRAINING, CONDITIONING, AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT.
THAT'S WHY OUR CROSSFIT CLASSES HAVE THREE DIFFERENT LEVELS:
LIVE, PERFORM, AND COMPETE.
WE MAKE SMALL ADJUSTMENTS TO REP SCHEMES, EXERCISES, AND LOADS FOR EACH TRAINING GROUP TO ENSURE OUR MEMBERS ARE PERFORMING THE MOST EFFECTIVE (AND SAFEST) MOVEMENTS FOR THEIR ABILITY LEVEL.
OUR CLASSES RUN SIX DAYS PER WEEK, WITH A REST DAY PROGRAMMED FOR SUNDAY!
