THE PERFORM PROGRAMME IS FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO IMPROVE IN THE SPORT OF CROSSFIT, AND ARE ON THEIR WAY TO MASTERING ALL OF THE CROSSFIT MOVEMENTS.

THIS PROGRAMME WILL MOST DEFINITELY IMPROVE YOUR ABILITY TO PERFORM HIGHER-SKILL MOVEMENTS, LIFT MORE WEIGHT AND DEVELOP HIGH LEVELS OF CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS.

THOSE FOLLOWING THE PERFORM PROGRAMME ARE GENERALLY ATHLETES THAT HAVE 3+ YEARS OF CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE.

THIS PROGRAMME WILL HELP ATHLETES TO TAKE PART IN INTERMEDIATE AND RX LEVEL ONLINE AND IN-PERSON COMPETITIONS, AND TO RX THE CROSSFIT OPEN!
