Gymnastics

OUR GYMNASTICS CLASS IS A 60-MINUTE, COACH LED GROUP CLASS, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE OUR ABILITY TO EXPRESS STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND CONTROL WITH BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS.

THESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE LIVE.PERFORM.COMPETE PROGRAMMES, AND ARE DESIGNED IN 4-8 WEEK CYCLES, WHERE THE GOALS OF EACH CYCLE CAN VARY FROM SKILL-BASED MOVEMENTS LIKE KIPPING, HANDSTANDS, AND BAR GYMNASTICS, TO MORE STRICT STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE.
