OUR GYMNASTICS CLASS IS A 60-MINUTE, COACH LED GROUP CLASS, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE OUR ABILITY TO EXPRESS STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND CONTROL WITH BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS.
← Back to crossfitTHESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE LIVE.PERFORM.COMPETE PROGRAMMES, AND ARE DESIGNED IN 4-8 WEEK CYCLES, WHERE THE GOALS OF EACH CYCLE CAN VARY FROM SKILL-BASED MOVEMENTS LIKE KIPPING, HANDSTANDS, AND BAR GYMNASTICS, TO MORE STRICT STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE.
